0.7 version of Budget manager

Hello,
We have finally released a new version of the Budget Manager (0.7) October release. In the new version:

• Fixed: now clearing database not saves old data and really clear database file
• Added: Import to database from CSV file
• Added: Export database to CSV File
• Fixed: Database was not cleaned after click 'clean' from settings form
• Fixed: Lock file deleting on application exit
• Fixed: lock Mechanism to prevent multiple launches
• Added: Message to Settings menu to actually notify user that he should restart app after language change
• Updated: Translations
• Changed: Design to be more material Designy
• Changed: method to submit operations
• Fixed: Minor Issues
